Cut Off the Spigot utilizes Printful to make and fulfill orders. Printful uses local partners across the world, so you should not have to pay customs fees for orders outside of the US, though that may vary depending on Prinftul’s fulfillment.
Shipping is based on Printful’s shipping prices for each shipping category. If you order from multiple categories, the most expensive shipping rate will be applied for the entire order.
Shipping partners are controlled by Printful, and Cut Off the Spigot cannot select specific carriers to work with like USPS or DHL.

Given the nature of print on demand, we do not accept returns. However if you do have an issue with your order, reach out to support@cutoffthespigot.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
